PSR have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Operations Assistant. This position is working for a Residential Groundworks Contractor in their Office based in Redditch. This opportunity is for an individual that enjoys a fast paced office environment.

The Role of the Personal Assistant / Operations Assistant:
- Assist the Construction Director in daily office tasks.
- Programme writing
- Support the wider team as and when necessary.
- Pulling Reports - Vital for business decisions, being able to understand how to do this is essential.
The Successful Personal Assistant / Operations Assistant will have:
- Proven experience working within Construction / Civils / Groundworks sector.
- Excellent IT Knowledge
- Proficient in Excel
- Full UK driver's license is essential as travel may be required from time to time.
- Strong Organisational Skills - Will be dealing with a lot of different tasks and departments / communication channels
