Mechanical Shift Engineer

I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest maintenance companies who are looking to high an experienced mechanical maintenance technician from a building service/facilities maintenance background who's currently in the same role to work on a highly prestigious site in the Westminster area of London.

The role will operate on a days and nights shift working 4 on 4 off 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00)

Responsibilities:

• PPM's and reactive duties
• Work on AHU's, FCU's, VAV's
• Pumps, motors, compressors, condensors and splits
• Plumbing
• All general plant checks associated with commercial building services.

Requirements:

• Mechanical/Plumbing qualification
• Experience of building service maintenance
• Solid work history
• Client facing attitude
• Good communication
• Ability to pass a full security check (not a DBS but full clearance)

The security clearance will require you to have been a UK resident for the last 5 years minimum in order to pass the check so please consider that when applying.
