Are you an experienced Technical Co-ordinator within the New Build Housing sector?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading, 5 NHBC rated housing developer, who are currently on the look out for a Technical Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Technical Co-ordinator, you would be responsible for handling the technical aspects of a project and assisting the day to day responsibilities of the design team.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience working as a Assistant Technical Co-ordinator.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft systems.
• Full UK's driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients to understand their needs and report on progress
• Assisting technical managers to create and share work plans and timelines
• Managing technical project documentation
• Carrying out administrative tasks
• Preparing presentations and project updates
• Reviewing project costs and forecasts.
