We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, assisting with pricing, tendering, and estimating, while managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the MD with pricing and tender submissions.
• Prepare and manage estimates and cost plans.
• Oversee 2-3 live projects, with values ranging from £110k to £3m.
• Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time.

About the Role

• Office-based in Portsmouth.
• Most projects are located in London.
• Specialising in cladding, roofing, and scaffolding.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
