Your new role
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of a diverse portfolio of projects, including hotel refurbishments, student accommodation, pubs, and restaurant fit-outs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control
• Supporting procurement and tendering processes
• Monitoring project budgets and reporting on financial performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple packages
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ideally, experience in hospitality or leisure sector projects
