Multi Trader Voids

I am currently recruiting for Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Crawley. This role will be working on the Voids team. A basic DBS Check and an Asbestos Awareness course will need to be carried out if successful.

Multi Trade Duties:

• Carry out carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, carpentry, tiling, basic plastering and decorating works and repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.

The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Pay Rate:

Temp - 21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

• 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am-17:00pm with a half hour break.

You will be supplied with:

• A van
• Fuel card
• PDA System
