Circa £30 My clients’ have developed a modular building process that rapidly reduces the onsite build time but does not compromise on quality. The building projects are used within the Data-centre, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors. The company are looking for a proactive and versatile assistant site manager who is hands-on and has the tact and diplomacy to deal with prestigious and demanding clients whilst delivering a project on time and within budget - does this sound like you? We are looking for someone with some site experience, SMSTS and a wide understanding of project management software tools. The successful person will train with a more senior manager eventually becoming responsible for all site activities including onsite Health and Safety and the coordination of the Clients infrastructure works Contractor. Personality wise, we expect to see applications from well organised individuals who have the flexibility and the ability, to gain a clear and sound understanding of the company’s unique design, commercial and technical requirements. The buildings are factory manufactured leaving the on-site time to a minimum.
