Junior Technical Designer

Are you an emerging technical design professional, eager to build your skills within a collaborative, mentorship-driven team? You ll join a supportive group of experienced technical designers, working on commercial interior, refurbishment and fit-out projects.

This role suits someone from an architecture practice, consultancy or design-and-build environment who wants to learn, grow and develop within an established technical team on Workplace projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in preparing technical drawing packages and construction documentation for workplace and commercial interiors projects
• Work closely with senior technical designers to develop detailing, specifications and coordinated drawing sets
• Support the team during design development, ensuring compliance with building regulations and project standards
• Liaise with designers, consultants and contractors to support coordination and resolve technical queries
• Build your skills in detailing, drawing production, site coordination and project delivery through day-to-day mentorship

Who You Are:

• Experience from architecture, interiors consultancy or design-and-build
• AutoCAD proficiency is essential
• Revit proficiency is a bonus, but not required; training and exposure will be available
• A keen eye for detail, accuracy and problem-solving
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn from senior technical designers
• Good communicator and team player, confident asking questions and taking guidance
• Organised, reliable and able to manage your workload effectively
