About the Client

Roles/Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site electrical works, including smoke detection upgrades, CCU installations, and emergency lighting installs.
• Lead the day-to-day management of project teams.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Report to project directors, identifying risks and ensuring proper management and mitigation.
• Communicate accurately and professionally with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Proven expertise with smoke detection systems, CCU installations, and emergency lighting.
• Experience with electrical testing and fire alarms (preferred).
• Background working within the public sector, including social housing or government buildings.
• Extensive technical electrical experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and oversee several smaller projects concurrently.
