Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage on-site electrical works, including smoke detection upgrades, CCU installations, and emergency lighting installs.
- Lead the day-to-day management of project teams.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Report to project directors, identifying risks and ensuring proper management and mitigation.
- Communicate accurately and professionally with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
- Proven expertise with smoke detection systems, CCU installations, and emergency lighting.
- Experience with electrical testing and fire alarms (preferred).
- Background working within the public sector, including social housing or government buildings.
- Extensive technical electrical experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and oversee several smaller projects concurrently.
