A fantastic opportunity for an experience Estimator to join a high end, heritage, restoration contractor based in Kent/ South London border. The Estimator will be pricing projects up to 2m working alongside the Estimating Director and specialising in hertiage projects.

The Estimator's duties will be:

Preparation and submission of detailed estimates.

Assessment and co-ordination of tender bid and pre-contract activities.

Preparation, adjudication and follow up of tenders.

Management of the Estimating Function.

Able to explain work requirements clearly and systematically to sub-contractors.
