Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client who work on high rise residential and commercial projects across the North West. The role will be a site based position in Manchester on a high spec apartment build scheme.

Ideal candidate-

• Strong procurement background.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Main contractor background.
• JCT contract experience.

Duties include-

• Supporting the Senior QS with commercial duties on the project.
• Issuing enquiries out to subcontractors.
• Analysis of subcontractor quotes.
• Procurement of subcontractors.
• Managing subcontractors throughout the project.
• Valuations.
• Feeding information to the CVR.
