Site Manager

Location: London Bridge, London
Contract Type: Freelance / Immediate Start
Duration: Until end of December 2025
Day Rate: 270 per day

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an office fit-out project based in London Bridge. The successful candidate will take immediate responsibility for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors.

• Ensure health & safety compliance and site cleanliness at all times.

• Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth progress.

• Manage site documentation, including RAMS, progress reports, and snagging lists.

• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and logistics.

• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure deadlines are met.

• Proven experience managing office fit-out or commercial interiors projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• Excellent knowledge of H&S and construction site processes.

• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions on-site.

• Immediate availability.

• Start date: Immediate

• Duration: Until the end of 2025

• Rate: 275 per day
