Job Title: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor High-Profile Mixed Use Development

Location: Hackney, London

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a high-profile mixed-use project in Hackney. The development is comprised of a 5-storey high-quality office building beneath a 17-storey volumetric modular 4-star hotel.

(Also happy to employ on a Permanent basis if this this prefered!)

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects

• Strong background in cost control, procurement, and contract management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Preferably Modular experience

• Project Experience: Hotel and/or High-rise Residential & Office
