Site Manager

Linear Recruitment are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a well-established contractor in the Nottingham area to refurb a Grade 2 listed farmhouse into houses and apartments

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard. Projects include listed buildings and bespoke, luxury refurbishments-requiring a meticulous eye for detail and strong coordination skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-end residential / listed building projects

• Background with similar high-quality contractors

• SMSTS and First Aid (essential)

• Full UK driving licence

• Asbestos Awareness and Fire Marshall (desirable)

Package

• Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + package

• Holidays: Standard entitlement

• Hours: Standard site hours

• Base: Fully site-based (no WFH)

• Travel: Within approximately 1 hour of home
