Bid Writer (Construction / Technical)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join a growing, national business in the property services sector. This is a key role where you'll craft persuasive, high-quality proposals that help secure major contracts and drive business growth. You'll work closely with internal teams, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure every submission is clear, compelling, and tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write winning bids and proposals
• Edit and refine content from subject matter experts into polished documents
• Research and incorporate relevant information to strengthen submissions
• Maintain consistency in tone and branding across all written materials
• Support bid strategy and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in bid writing (knowledge of PQQs, SQs, RFPs essential)
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
• Background in property services or construction
