They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts, Industry & Company Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. The candidate will be reporting in to the commercial director on projects that are JCT 2016 and above or NEC and will be assisting the other members of the team with but not limited to: Placing sub contractor orders, sending out tenders, obtaining payment certificates, variations and quotations where possible and ensuring relevant documents received. The ideal candidate will live within an hour of High Wycombe with a background in subcontracting, ideally facade, dry lining, glass partitioning, metal work or roofing and cladding.
