You will work on a variation of live projects , with in a large multidisciplinary design team , and with support from both the design and site teams , you will offer positive impact on the community . You will be automatically enrolled into our bespoke Early Careers Development Programme; a 12-month scheme designed to enhance your skills, expand your network, and enrich your experience. What you'll do Prepare detailed civil engineering designs and calculations Produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules Work closely and collaboratively with the construction team to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions throughout the design stages, into construction and beyond Prepar e designer risk assessments , health & safety risk assessments , and associated documents and reports.
