F&R are recruiting for Multi Skilled Joiners to work on behalf of our client, a leading provider of planned and responsive maintenance services within the social housing sector. The successful candidate will be working across Nottingham.
The Role:
You will be working on the reactive maintenance stream carrying out day to day maintenance and repairs. You will be required to enter commercial & domestic properties and respond to maintenance issues called in by tenants. You will receive your bookings from head office based in Hucknall.
Duties
All aspects of Joinery works
Basic Plumbing, Patch Plastering, Painting, Tiling, Lock Changes, Domestic Maintenance would be desirable
Entering tenanted homes and commercial businesses
Working on day to day maintenance & repairsTickets / Qualifications & Experience Required
Must have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Joinery
Valid UK driver's licence
Must have previous experience of working on social housing maintenance contractsBenefits
