Lead and promote BIM in the business, ensuring that BIM is used most efficiently by arranging or delivering training, and provision of guidance notes and tutorials to others when required Ensure that the business follows the necessary standards and protocols in order to meet with the requirements set out in the BIM protocol for each project. Develop the standard BIM/CAD libraries and content management protocols. Establish best practice working methods for BIM, complementary applications and technology. BIM Coordinator/ Technical Designer Requirements: Strong technical background in MEP and fit-out environment. BIM certification would be beneficial. Experience working in a common data environment with federated models and clash detection. Document management software experience.
