Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Nazeing, Essex (Office-Based 3.5 Days / On-Site 1.5 Days) Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 (DOE) We're working with a specialist high-end construction and fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering luxury residential and bespoke commercial projects across Central London. Due to a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. As an asbestos surveyor in this team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, reporting and client support. The Role This full-time, permanent role offers a company car and fuel card (business use only), with four days on site and one day working from home to complete report writing.
