Construction Manager - Luxury Hotel Fit Out

Job Description: As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our high-end hotel build and fit-out projects. You will collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary objectives are met.
• Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Implement effective project management practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Foster positive working relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and RFIs.

Qualifications:

• A strong background in the building trade with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects.
• Experience in high-end hotel fit-out projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
