Multi Trade Operative

Enjoy long-term, stable work with a leading contractor covering social housing properties across South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a carpentry bias to join a reputable team and carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance work.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will:

• Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties.

Use your skills in:

• Carpentry (first and second fix)
• Plumbing installs fitting sinks, baths, and other bathroom fixture
• Patch plastering and tiling
• Basic decorating and finishing works
• Work efficiently and independently across occupied and void properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

We're Looking For:

• Proven experience working on social housing or Soho contracts.
• Strong carpentry skills with additional multi-trade experience.
• Ability to carry out basic plumbing installations (sinks, baths, etc.).
• Own transport (a car is fine).
• Immediate availability and a proactive attitude to work.
