Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying 21.40 per hour CIS covering areas in Croydon with a view to go permanent after 6 months paying up to 41,000 per annum . A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Pay Rate:
- Temp - 21.40ph (CIS)
Hours:
- 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Duties:
- Complete Multi trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering and decorating repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
- Be customer focused
- Have a relevant trade qualification
- Have a DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
- A van
- Fuel card
- PDA System
