Overview Project Manager - Civil Engineering based in Crawley for a Regional Civil Engineering Contractor. Manage a variety of Civil Engineering schemes across the UK with values up to £30m. You will be part of the management team, reporting to the Regional Director and overseeing site teams including Agents, Sub Agents, Engineers, Foremen and Sub Contractors. Responsibilities To profitably complete projects in accordance with the client's specifications and to ensure client satisfaction. Plan resources and resolve shortfalls or over-re sourcing issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Coordinate and manage interfaces with other parts of the division. Ensure all personnel under your control, including subcontractors, work in accordance with company policies, are trained, competent, aware, and work safely. Jointly prepare project Cost Value Reports & Contract Status Reports with commercial staff.
