Are you an experienced electrician with a background in emergency lighting and social housing? We're working with a well-established contractor seeking a qualified professional to join their growing electrical division.

As an Electrician (EML s) your package could look like:
- £40,000 basic

As an Electrician (EML s) your main responsibilities will be:
- Install and maintain emergency lighting systems
- Fit lighting circuits, spurs, key switches, and smoke detection units
- Conduct electrical fault finding, testing, and inspection
- Complete job sheets and certification using electronic devices
- Collaborate with scheduling and support teams
- Follow safe working practices and ensure works meet quality and compliance standards
- Engage respectfully with tenants and clients onsite
As an Electrician (EML s your knowledge and experience will be:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent
- BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition earlier editions also considered)
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Strong fault-finding and testing skills
- Experience in domestic or social housing environments
- Confident using PDAs or job management systems
- A professional, team-oriented approach with good communication skills
