Job Opportunity - Assistant Quantity Surveyor Gloucestershire Up to 40,000 + Package

Ivy Resource Group is recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading volume house builder in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain experience within a dynamic commercial team on large-scale residential developments.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with:

• Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and contracts

• Measuring and valuing works on-site

• Assisting with cost reporting and budget control

• Supporting procurement and supply chain management

• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Contributing to project financial performance and risk management

• A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards)

• Previous experience in residential construction or housebuilding (placement or post-grad)

• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills

• Eager to learn and progress within a commercial role

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Up to 40,000 depending on experience

• Car allowance or company car
