Construction Project Manager - (Building Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects from start to finish

• Work closely with clinical teams, senior leaders, and external partners

• Oversee contractors, consultants, and design teams

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and Trust policies

• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership

• Support business cases and feasibility studies

• Manage procurement, risk registers, and financial forecasts

• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong project management experience in capital or construction projects (NHS/public sector experience desirable)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Knowledge of building regulations, procurement rules, and project governance

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Familiarity with HTMs, HBNs, HFNs, CIBSE, BS standards

• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
