Plumber Reactive Maintenance

Vision Personnel is working with an existing client searching for a Mobile Plumber.

This role is specifically Reactive Maintenance & will be a 70/30 split on social housing and commercial jobs.

Working location, Southeast region:

• Essex
• London
• Home Counties
• Kent

The Plumber need's to be based in or close to:

London/Essex

You will be completing jobs on behalf of the below companies:

Social Housing, Boots, KFC, TFL, Cine World (Cinema's), Pubs, Restaurants.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2
• Plant room experience
• Own tools
• Driver s license.
• Needs to have a commercial background.
• 8 + years of driving experience
• 4 years experience

Duties:

• Domestic & Commercial plumbing
• Reactive maintenance
• On-call 1 week every 6 weeks
• On-call times: Weekdays Monday - Friday (12 PM - 10 PM)
• On-call times: Weekends (8AM- 6PM)

Benefits:

• Weekday call out rate, £192.00-£226.00 (DOE)
• Weekend call out rate, £260.00- £290.00 (DOE)

• Weekend's and overtime is X 1.5 the agreed hourly rate
• Night shifts is £100 - £75 plus agreed day rate
