You will be experienced in varied types of works associated with a multi trade role to a high standard and demonstrate competence in Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Wall tiling, Decorating, Vinyl Sheet Flooring. You will be qualified to a minimum level of City and Guilds NVQ or equivalent (level 2) in an associated trade, be familiar with the use of PDA systems and ideally have experience of working in a building environment and completing repair work in occupied homes, particularly DDA work.
