Looking to add to their already professional and experienced installation team. The applicant should be a focused and professional individual who can work as part of a team and also manage their own workload.
As an installer you will be required to work in customers homes, unassisted in most scenarios. Work experience in installing Timber sash windows and Door is essential. They also provide a full painting service with all of our new joinery. Painting is carried out by the installation team also.
A company van and uniform will be supplied, although you must have a full clean driving licence. You will provide your own tools.
Salary is negotiable and dependant on the skill sets and experience you have.

Job Purpose

Description Of Duties
* Must have experience carrying out fire stopping and /or fire door installation & maintenance to UKAS accreditation level such as BM Trada or FIRAS and experience using a variety of fire stopping techniques such a fire collars, installation of fire cushions, pipe trays and batt and fire mastic.
* Must be able to carry out installations in accordance with the specific tasks such as BS476 part2 and ISO6944;

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Hardwood Flooring / Joinery Products with:
Must have experience of at least 8 years managing projects for hardwood flooring, interior joinery, architectural joinery products, acoustic panels, door systems, veneers, skirting boards, bespoke wooden furniture, stairs
Must have experience dealing with architects, interior designers, fit-out contractor, main contractors, flooring installers
Must be able to read technical drawings with architects, interior designer and specifiers
Must have an appreciation of budgets, costs and installation / delivery
Good numerical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office incl. Microsoft Project & Excel
Must have experience managing multiple contracts / projects
Ideally have a degree or related higher education qualification
Strong independent work mentality and able to work as part of a team
Energy, passion and enthusiasm
Strong commercial and presentation skill
