Salary - 45000 - 60000 (DOE)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, implementing operational strategies, and improving processes to enhance productivity. Experience with leveraging technology to drive business growth will be highly beneficial. Additionally, experience in the windows industry would be extremely beneficial. We are looking for someone who will be a key player in what we expect to be a high-growth business. Career development opportunities will be available but only for high achievers. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to meet business goals.
  • Create and maintain efficient and effective systems to run the business.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work  3 to 4 years experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in the windows industry would be extremely beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial principles.
  • Experience with implementing technological solutions to improve operations is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is desirable.
