- arranging tender documentation, contractors and feedback monitoring
- developing maintenance programmes and consultant's briefs
- co-ordinating the design process
- managing the construction process
- managing the design consultants
To be considered for this position, you must have experience gained within the building sector. Additionally, as an Assistant Project Manager, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
Our Client has a preference for candidates with a Quantity Surveying background or for candidates working towards a professional qualification, RICS, APM or similar.
