Following continued growth in client instructions and in response to client demand, we are looking to expand our construction team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload within a close-knit team led by experienced partners. What experience are we looking for? We seek candidates with over one year of experience in construction disputes or transactional matters, or a combination of both. You should have strong academic credentials, a thorough approach to complex legal analysis, and the ability to quickly understand complicated facts. Your advice should be clear and concise, with a high level of commercial awareness to address clients' objectives. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. It's important to be able to work collaboratively across locations and disciplines, as most projects involve multidisciplinary teams.
