Role - Internal Sales Coordinator (no cold calling involved, it's not a sales role)
Location - Govan
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

We're looking for candidates who are seeking a fresh challenge. The Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, advising on stock availability and expected lead time on product delivery.
The Role - Internal Sales Coordinator
Taking incoming calls from customers
Liaise with customers via the phone and email
Discuss customer requirements
Provide advice and guidance on product speciﬁcation
Providing customers with pricing quotations
Processing orders onto system
Advising on stock and delivery times
Chasing suppliers for expected stock delivery
Ensure customers are kept updated with any delays
Key Competencies and Skills
Excellent communication skills
Technical awareness around product specification
Ability to review and understand Bill of Material
Identifies and priorities customer needs
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of the team
strive to company goals and targets
Great problem solving skills
Capable of working under pressure
Our client is based in Govan, the hours of work will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
