Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy Who are NetZero Global? * Established in 2020, NetZero is an International Staffing Consultancy with a specific focus on Renewable Energy * We place candidates on a permanent and contract basis, across Wind, Solar, Green Hydrogen, EV and Battery Storage. * We deal with some of Europe’s most respected Renewable Energy Companies and have a fantastic track record of success * We are based on the 11th floor of the iconic ‘50p’ building in Croydon with panoramic views and a ‘chillout zone’ with sofas, daily fruit, TV etc. * Currently we employ 6 staff and are looking to grow throughout 2023 and beyond What are NetZero looking for? * People who are looking for a career within recruitment or sales * “Graduate Calibre” individuals with no previous recruitment experience as you will be receiving fantastic “on the job” training * You need to be self-sufficient, motivated with an eye for detail * We are looking for passionate team players who are keen to learn and progress quickly in their careers. What will you be doing? * Identify, approach, and build relationships with highly sought-after candidates within Renewable Energy through a variety of search techniques – mainly via LinkedIn * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in different geographies around Europe * Negotiate salary packages on behalf of candidates * Gain a strong commercial awareness and become an expert within your vertical market * Build an audience on various social platforms to increase brand awareness What’s in it for you? * A competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission * Full “on the job” recruitment training with industry experts * Quarterly incentive trips to exotic destinations * 25 days holiday per annum and we close over Christmas for a well-earned rest * Mobile phone, laptop, and remote / flexible working options * We work hard but we also have fun!
