Potensis Selection are currently working for a high-end rapidly, growing residential developer, who are looking to expand their team in the Essex area by hiring a new Technical Manager.
The successful individual will be responsible for technical and design management across a high-end residential site in the Essex area. Greater opportunities are available for the individual as the team will continue to expand.

Ideally, they are after an ambitious individual who is keen to progress into a senior management role in the future as the company plans to double its size within the next 5 years.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Obtaine Technical Drawings and approvals to enable efficient site starts
- Minimise risk through provision of timely and high-quality information
- Brief, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme, fee and scope
- Prepare the Design Programme and present it at Progression Meetings
- Oversee the NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval
- Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme, and ensure discharge of planning conditions.
