Site Manager

Main contractor, with environmental framework contracts in Devon, are looking for a Site Manager. The works are building based and involve removing render, replacing lead and external painting etc. Any Managers with refurb. skills would suit this role well. Candidates must have CSCS and SMSTS. This is a 2 month contract assignment starting ASAP. Duties will include but not be restricted to H&S responsibility of the site activities, Resource & Programme management, RAMS & Material procurement and working with specialist trades and stakeholders and supervision of the work to monitor and maintain exemplary work methods, quality and safe working practices. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a background in building and refurbishment contracts. The person will be a key member of the management team. Successful integration may lead to further opportunities for contract continuity. Day rate will be competitive and in line with experience.
