Communicate process changes to relevant parties in order that relevant follow up may be carried out, e.g., training. About your role:
As the Electrical QA you will be responsible for the quality assurance of all electrical work on social housing stock, ensuring quality and compliance at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring a quality delivery of electrical maintenance and servicing across a portfolio of over 8000 social housing properties in the North Derbyshire & South Yorkshire regions.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Carry out quality and compliance inspections
Assurance of work carried out by in house employees
Monitoring works delivery targets & KPI's
Assist in delivery within agreed time frame and budget
Keep all relevant paperwork updated
About you
Have a relevant electrical background with electrical apprenticeship
Be qualified to 18th edition
Hold the 2391 or 2395 Test & Inspection qualification
Possess a full, clean driving licence and own transport
Be IT literate
Have experience at Senior Electrical, Lead Electrical or Electrical Supervisor level
Be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with social housing tenants both over the phone and face-to-face with regards to planned works or works in progress
