Grounds Caretaker

Pertemps are recruiting for a Grounds Caretaker to support Plymouths leading, growing, independent housing association. Our client is the largest housing landlord with over 16,000 properties providing homes to over 35,000 people in Plymouth, also with commercial property being landlord to over 170 shops. This a varied Ground maintenance role, working Monday to Friday, (Apply online only), with a pay rate of £10.37 per hour. You should be physically fit, and have previous experience in a grounds maintenance role or caretaking/cleaning. The ranger Maintenance roles include grass cutting, using a strimmer, hedge cutting, leaf blowing, clearing green waste, power washing and garden clearances. You should have a flexible approach to your work and be able to assist in other areas if called upon. This is an ongoing temporary role.
