BREEAM Assessor - Home-based Salary: £25,000-£35,000 REF: SY1104 Our client is looking for a qualified BREEAM Assessor to join their dynamic Energy advice specialist. The role is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to enjoy home working for a vibrant consultancy within the construction industry. The BREEAM Assessor you will have: A BSc/MSc in a related field (Sustainability, Energy, Environment) Finished BREEAM assessments from initial stages Outstanding communication skills Up to date BREEAM qualificationThe BREEAM Assessor will: Generate BREEAM assessments Work both independently and as a team Build relationships with clients Provide SAP & SBEM services when required Keep clients up to date with monthly reports and billing schedulesOur client is generously offering their BREEAM Assessor a competitive starting salary along with many excellent benefits, including pension contribution and excellent career development.
