Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager required for 6 month project in Banbury, Oxfordshire. You will working on 2 large industrial buildings which are steel framed by design. Main tasks will involve supervising sub-contractors, Checking quality and ensuring health & safety standards are maintained. You will be working closely with a permanently employed Project Manager who is based on site full time. You will be worKing for the main contractor, and there will be 2 other buildings planned for the site so there is potential for the contract to be extended past 12 months. Minimum requirements for this role are CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications. Payment can be made via Umbrella or CIS method for this role.
