Human Resources Manager
My client is a leading Facades & Cladding sub-contract who are looking for a smart, energetic, enthusiastic individual to play a central role in building their future organisation. The role will cover a wide range of activities, from managing HR administration, to sourcing high calibre recruits, implementing tools to drive team interaction and engagement, and ultimately helping to define their culture.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Be main point of contact for general day-to-day HR
* Manage the recruitment process end to end, including needs analysis, initial screenings, conducting interviews, managing offers and staff onboarding
* Develop direct talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
* Continuously anticipate future hiring needs and proactively planning for acquiring those roles
* Supervise and train team members participating in interviews
* Monitor developments in UK Employment Law
* Manage company benefits
* Monitor and develop HR policies and procedures
* Develop the Company’s learning and development framework
* Be a driver in employee engagement
* Assist with office management
Human Resources Manager requirements
You will have 3+ years in a dynamic business environment and will have most of the following:
* Strong HR experience
* CIPD qualified or part qualified
* Proactive work ethic
* Previous experience in talent acquisition
* Demonstrated ability in sourcing candidates through direct channels
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to drive and implement change in the workplace
* Demonstrable ability at working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Construction industry background
