As a well experienced and technically minded Freelance Site Manager you will oversee civil, build and ground works packages on the £35m regeneration of a leading leisure park in South Yorkshire. You will orgainse construction professionals and manage various new build and refurbishment works across the park including a new build hotel, events and commercial space as well as new conference areas.
Duties
Health & Safety
Progress reporting
Updating site diaries
Inductions / Toolbox Talks
Quality inspections / snagging
Attending and participating in project meetings
Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
Pertain a commercially based mindset by negotiating best costs for materials
Overseeing all works including civil engineering, ground works and new build processes
Having a technical minded approach with having the ability to read drawings and analyse build ability
