Site Manager - Residential - Internals or Externals Experience Our client is a leading residential developer, with various schemes at different stages of build, who have a number of requirements for Site Managers to look after groundworks, structural and internal packages. The role: Manage subcontractor packages in accordance to program Oversee all aspects of H&S, approval of RAMS Quality management - ensuring specifications are met Subcontractor and client meetings Overseeing procurement and logistics management Progress reports Experience: Relative trade background, NVQ or Degree in Construction Related Field SMSTS, CSCS Black Card Experience managing large packages, managing a team Excellent communication and man management skills are essential
