Senior Site Manager - Construction

My client is looking for a freelance Senior Site Manager to join their business to lead a new project for the next 8 months. The successful candidate must be self sufficient and able to manage a large team that will vary by size through each stage of the project. Project value will total over £1.5 million so candidates must be able to demonstrate they can handle a project of this size. Preferred experience would include both demolition of a site and then subsequent new build, however open to speaking with candidates with similar experience.
