The Role As a highly experienced Freelance Site Engineer, you will take lead on the setting out of a new build £15m distribution warehouse in Hull. You will need to liaise with and assist the groundwork subcontractor in their setting out by providing data and setting benchmarks along with doing your own setting out for the piling on the project. Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications For this role, it is essential that you are competent in the following; CSCS Card Experience using a Leica TS16 Robotic Previous setting out experience on a similar project Duties Checking and QA Performing setting out & drainage works Conduct site leveling, slabs & foundation works Complete As-built surveys as well as review technical drawings Implement strict health & safety measures throughout the project lifecycle Implement risk mitigation strategies to guarantee the smooth running of the scheme Act as a role model to the site team, issuing guidance and mentoring to deliver the project to the highest standard Liaise with the wider business and site team to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed with the projects progressionThis is a freelance role with a competitive rate on offer.
