Architectural Technologist

We are currently representing a well-established RIBA Chartered Practice near Northampton who are actively looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to develop their career within a talented, growing team. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working predominantly within the Residential sector so it is essential to have a minimum of 5 years professional experience within a similar position. Daily responsibilities include producing detailed building regulation drawings, enhancing the drawings for tender purposes and fully detailed working drawings, running a project on site and oversee junior members of staff. Our client uses AutoCAD on a daily basis so it is essential that the Architectural Technologist has an excellent working knowledge of this software. They also use Revit previous experience using this software would be highly beneficial however not essential. Architectural Technologist Position Overview Working on a range of Residential developments and some Industrial projects Produce detailed building regulation drawings Enhance drawings for tender purposes and fully detailed drawings Run several projects on site Oversee Junior members of staff Architectural Technologist Position Requirements Relevant Degree Qualified Living in or around the Northampton area Minimum of 5 years professional experience Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD Knowledge / Experience with using Revit; Highly Beneficial Experience within the Residential sector, essential Experience within the Industrial sector, beneficial Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration Salary; £38k - £42k + (DOE) Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holiday + Christmas Shutdown Pension Other benefits discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
