With an increase in workload across their South West region, they are looking to appoint an individual on a contract basis with initially 6 months work which could be extended.
The position would be joining an established commercial team working on a host of projects in the pre-construction stages taking them through to start on site. Based in central Bristol, reporting into an MQS, duties are likely to include:
Contract administration
Procurement
Early warning notices
Raising compensation events
Cost re-imbursements
Applicants must have sound knowledge of NEC forms of contract and commercial administration, and you should have good liaison skills and a thorough awareness of the Commercial process.
You should have a proven track record gained at Assistant or Intermediate level with a recognised Main Contractor, and it is envisaged you would also have HNC/HND, Degree or formal QS qualifications.
