Some of your duties will include
Responsibility for the Construction & Quality Assurance teams and ensuring they are fulfilling their duties

Work with the quality engineer to ensure sufficient control of QA on site is being implemented
Ensure all departments are aware of the programme and their requirements therein
Responsible for the quality of the physical works to ensure compliance with the contract specifications and design
Responsible for the management of all subcontractors ensuring compliance with a programme, budget and HSEQ
Support the commercial team in securing major supply agreements and subcontracts
Responsible for the completion of site diary ensuring that any disruption, instruction and or delay are capture and reported to the Project Manager and commercial team
Responsible for the daily coordination meeting with subcontractors and client, ensuring next day activities are properly planned and aligned with project programme
Management and/or production of temporary works design briefs, Request for Information (RFI) and Technical Submittal (TEC)
