The successful Senior Site Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the scheme under the Project Manager along with several Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers under you, and you will be responsible for all aspects of the build process from groundworks to superstructure, externals and internal fitout.

Remuneration: £48,000 + 26,000 bonuses giving OTE £74,000
Benefits: Fully expensed car or £550 car allowance + full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Boilers & Water Heating Systems will involve:
* Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of manufactured commercial boilers, burners, hot water systems, CHP and renewables
* 60%-70% of your time will be generating and breaking specifications via M&E consultants and specifiers
* The remaining 40% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors and installers
* Will be a very small element of your time will be spent with the merchants channels
* 100% concentration on commercial projects sales for typical end users such as universities, hospitals, hotels and local authorities
* Dealing with order values of between £5,000-£250,000
* Taking over a territory currently turning over circa £500k with huge growth potential
* All of you time will be spent managing and developing existing accounts with a small element of your time generating new business relationships
* Conduct CPD seminars when required
