Senior Project Manager - HVAC bias An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager with experience in the healthcare sector to join the team on site at a hospital in Reading. You will assist with the management whilst sharing responsibility of the project works ensuring compliance systems are met and improved where necessary. Responsibilities To liaise with contractors and internal teams Overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard Ensure client is up to date with progress reports Manage commercial agreements with suppliers and contractors Tender and select appropriate suppliers Promote equal opportunitiesYou will be measured on how efficient projects are completed, whether they are on time and within budget. You will need to ensure you are motivating the team and meeting the requirements of the stakeholders. Requirements At least 10 years in the facilities management sector Experienced working within the NHS environment Knowledge of Air Conditioning and refrigeration design F gas NEBOSH/IOSH C&G or equivalent engineering qualification Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work within strict budgetIn return you will receive a competitive salary along with company benefits.
